About

My name is Christine Fraser and I graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Glasgow Caledonian University in 1998. Since then I have worked both in the NHS and private sector and have gained a wide variety of clinical experience, including several years specialising in musculoskeletal conditions. I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and am a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP).

Whilst working as a physiotherapist, I developed a passion for teaching Pilates as I found it so helpful in retraining healthy movement patterns and becoming more in tune with how our bodies work.

I gained full matwork certification with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) in 2011 and have continued to develop my skills since, having completed the following CPD courses with the APPI:

Small equipment                                               Standing Pilates
Performance Pilates for runners              Ante and Post natal Pilates
Performance Pilates for cyclists              Shoulder rehabilitation
All the small balls                                             Healthy hit Pilates
